The EALF is an annual gathering of leaders from Pangea’s current and former grant partners in East Africa.

 

Supported by funding from Pangea, the forum provides an opportunity to share experiences and expertise on a variety of issues related to running effective organizations. Topics vary each year depending on the needs and interests of the participants but frequently focus on areas such as strategic planning, communication, fundraising, and leadership development. Field visits to local program sites are consistently mentioned as a highlight of the gatherings.

 

Although the first forum was initiated by Pangea in 2016, each year since then the gatherings have been organized, hosted, and led by our grant partners.
